RBLP: the foundation
RBLP validates that you can build and lead a resilient team by creating a positive climate, developing cohesion, and providing purpose. For a military member, this lines up with the work of a team leader, squad leader, or section NCOIC. It's also the natural starting point if you're moving into a supervisory role.
RBLP Coach: for leaders who develop leaders
RBLP-C adds facilitating team learning: coaching your team to solve problems, implement change, and keep improving. RBLP-C holders are qualified to coach supervisors and other managers. If you're a platoon sergeant, first sergeant, department head, or mid-level manager, this is often the right fit.
RBLP Trainer: the senior level
RBLP-T adds supporting organizational learning: building organizations that learn and adapt. It's for senior managers and senior enlisted leaders. RBLP-T is also the credential required to teach RBLP exam prep courses for Authorized Training Partners.
How do I choose?
Start with your current role, not the one you want in five years. Each level has experience requirements, and the oral exam asks you to explain what you do, why it works, and how you do it, using your own experience. Choosing the level that matches your real experience gives you the best shot at passing the first time.
Still not sure? Book a discovery call and we'll help you pick the right level and funding option (GI Bill, Army CA, or Air Force CA).
