What RBLP certification is
The Resilience-Building Leadership Professional (RBLP) certification shows that you can build and lead resilient teams: teams that hold together under pressure, keep morale up, trust each other and know why their work matters.
What a certified leader builds
A positive environment where people feel safe raising problems early.

There are three RBLP certifications. Each one matches a different stage of leadership.
Professional
For front-line supervisors, or people stepping into their first supervisory role.
Shows you can build a positive climate, team cohesion and a sense of purpose on your team.
Coach
For middle managers who lead other leaders.
Shows you can coach your supervisors to build resilient teams of their own.
Trainer
For senior leaders.
Shows you can build resilient teams across your organization and deliver leader development programs.

The path to certification
From your first conversation to your digital badge, here is how it works.
Discovery call
Fifteen minutes. We talk about your goals, choose your level and map out how you'll pay for it.
Enrollment
You use Credentialing Assistance, or we send an invoice to you or your organization.
Training
Instructor-led sessions walk you through each leader task in the RBLP framework so you walk into the exam prepared.
Exam
You sit for the official RBLP certification exam, administered by the Resilience-Building Leader Program.
Certified
You earn your digital badge and a credential for your resume and LinkedIn profile.

How to pay for it
The most common question is how to pay. There are a few ways to do it, and we'll set yours up together on the discovery call.
Path one
Service members
Our programs are approved for Army and Air Force Credentialing Assistance (CA). On the call, we walk you through exactly what to submit so your request goes through cleanly.
Path two
Professionals and organizations
Pay yourself, or we invoice your employer directly. Many organizations cover leadership credentials as professional development, so it's worth asking your manager or HR.
Pay over time
Klarna & PayPal
Enrolling through our website? Choose Klarna or PayPal at checkout to split your exam prep training into smaller payments. RBLP also offers financing for the certification exam itself.
